All terms and conditions must be read very carefully, before using the site, as they constitute a binding agreement between you and “Tahani Pashin”. introduction: 1. The store is used as an electronic store for the purchase of products by the internet surfing public in Israel. 2. A prerequisite for the validity of the purchase is the credit card company’s approval of the transaction and the payment. 3. The use of the masculine language in the regulations is done for convenience reasons only and wherever in these regulations the masculine language is used, it is also meant to be female by implication. 7. The sale is not intended for wholesale sale. Those eligible to participate in sales on the website: Any user who complies with the cumulative conditions detailed below may register on the website in order to request purchases: 1. The user is qualified to perform binding legal actions. If you are a minor (under the age of 18) or you are not entitled to perform legal actions without the permission of a guardian, your use of the website will be seen as if you have received the permission of the guardian. 2. The user has a valid Israeli identity card or a legally incorporated and registered corporation in Israel. 3. The user has a valid Israeli or international credit card, issued in Israel by one of the credit card companies. 4. The user has an e-mail box on the Internet and has an address in Israel. The products offered on the site: 1. Submitting false information is a criminal offense and the person who does so is subject to criminal and civil legal proceedings. 6. In the event that the transaction was not approved by the credit companies, the operator of the operation will receive an appropriate notification within 96 hours, according to which the operator of the operation will be required to establish a telephone contact with the store’s customer service center in order to arrange the approval of the transaction with the credit companies. Cancellation of a transaction will be done according to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: “the Law”). Or, alternatively, exchange the product for an alternative product of equivalent value or a monetary credit, all as detailed below: Cancellation of the transaction within one hour of completing the order for the items On the website and before the delivery of the item – it will be done by means of a telephone cancellation message to the customer service on the website. Under the aforementioned circumstances, the user will be entitled to receive a full refund of the payment (including for the shipping fees, to the extent that they were collected). If the item was received by the user when it was damaged, or when the actual item differs from the specifications presented on the website, then the user may cancel the transaction by returning the product to the Tehani Pashin store and/or by shipping it to the website address free of charge. In any case, returning the product, replacing it with another product or receiving a monetary credit will be subject to the following conditions: A refund in case of transaction cancellation will be made by crediting the credit card where the transaction was made within 14 days of receiving the request to cancel the transaction and the returned item. The replacement of the item with another product or its return against receiving a monetary credit will be done on the website only, in accordance with the general exchange policy practiced at Tahani Pashin, as updated from time to time, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by the user and provided that the product is not used. In any case where the item is out of stock, the website management may cancel the transaction or offer a replacement item, but without detracting from the above, the website management will not be responsible for any damage caused to the user directly or indirectly, including but not limited to, a case where the user is forced to purchase the item at the price higher elsewhere. Delivery of the products: 1. The store will arrange for the delivery of the product or service purchased on the website, to the address as typed on the registration page, within the time specified on the product’s sales page, unless expressly stated otherwise. 2. The store will work to deliver the product and/or service in accordance with the delivery conditions stated on the sales page, and You are subject to full payment via credit card. 3. The delivery times of the products and/or services as indicated on the sales page include only business days, that is, Sunday-Thursday excluding Friday, Saturday, holiday evenings and holidays. 6. It is possible to carry out self-collection of the products at one of the company’s branches, the customer will arrive at one of the company’s branches only after prior coordination or after receiving a text message to Ash’s mobile phone notifying of the product’s arrival at the selected branch. 7. The delivery of the products is to the home by a courier company or to the post office closest to the customer’s home by registered mail as detailed in the order. 8. The term transportation and delivery in these regulations mean: all the necessary actions from the moment the product is received in the supplier’s warehouse until it is actually delivered to the customer. These actions include receiving, sorting, packing, marking, shipping, delivery and safe. 10. In some cases it is possible that a product appearing on the website is out of stock in the online store. In this case the customer is contacted. The customer will not be charged and the order will be cancelled. Shipments: 1. The shipping fee will be paid by the customer as part of the payment for the product if there is a shipping fee. 2. The customer will be allowed to pick up the product directly from the company’s branches after checking that the product is indeed in the branch’s inventory or receiving a text message to the mobile phone to come and pick up the order. 3. It is agreed that in case of collection by the customer, no shipping fees will be charged to the customer. Data Security : 1. The store takes common precautions in order to maintain, as much as possible, the confidentiality of the information. 2. Every transfer of a credit card number from the website is done encrypted according to the PCI DSS standard. In cases beyond its control or resulting from force majeure, the store will not be responsible for any damage of any kind, indirect or direct, caused to the customer or someone on his behalf, if this information is lost or reaches a hostile party and/or is used without authorization. 3. The store undertakes not to use the details of the customers registered on the website except for the needs of operating the website, and in order to enable the purchase.
